Vicenta Manglona Taisacan Stark, age 88, of Indian Land, South Carolina, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 4, 2025 at 4:30 a.m.

She was predeceased in death by her paternal grandparents, Antonio Matias Taisacan and Olympia de Borja Atalig, maternal grandparent, Vicenta Manglona Mendiola and Baldovino Gogue Manglona, parents, Huberto Atalig Taisacan and Lina Mendiola Manglona Taisacan, children, Erlinda (Linda) Marie Stark, Maria Debra Lynn Taisacan-Stark and Anthony James Stark. Grandson, Matthew James Stark Artero, great-grandchildren, McKenzie William Artero Vuncannon and Aurea Lee Michelle Likens. Siblings, Maria Manglona Sablan Stolp, Hubert Manglona Taisacan, Baldobino Manglona Taisacan, Antonio Manglona Taisacan, Vicente Manglona Taisacan. Brothers-in-law: Richard Stolp and Jose Cabrera Leon Guerrero. Aunts and uncles, Babina (Nan Bina) Mendiola Manglona Concepcion, Ana Atalig Taisacan Mendiola, Maria Atalig Taisacan Manglona, Natividad Atalig Taisacan Manglona, Heronima Atalig.

Those left to cherish her memory include, her children, Julia Ann Stark Artero (Jesus Anthony Flores Artero), Evelyn Stark (Guillermo), Maria Debra Lynn Stark Maxwell, Nora Lee Stark Likens (Bobby Dale Likens, Jr., Walter “Wes” E. Stark, Jr., Yvonne Lynn Stark McGee (Robbie Dean McGee).

Vicenta is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins (Manglona-Mendiola and Atalig-Taisacan).

Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church 129 Elmore Street, Oak Hill, at 11:00 AM, friends may visit with the family from 10:00 AM until service time on Saturday at the church. Rite of Committal and burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill, WV.
