Thomas William Buckland

Thomas William Buckland, 80, of Fayetteville, West Virginia, passed away, Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, West Virginia. Thomas was born on August 8, 1945, in Oak Hill, West Virginia, to the late Ray William and Lucille Marie Buckland.

Thomas was a carpenter and attended Grace Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward and Charles Buckland; and sisters, Anna Mae Treadway and Thelma Treadway.

Those left to cherish his memory, his wife, Linda Buckland; daughter, Angie Waters (Lionel); son, Tommy Ray Buckland (Vickie); grandchildren, Lionel Lee, Stephanie, and Amanda Waters (John Pittman), Austin and Myka Buckland, and Dylan and Amber Buckland; great-grandchildren, Little Lionel Waters, Asher Waters, and Nova Pittman; and a brother, Lee Buckland (Judy).

Services will be held at 1 PM, Monday, December 1, 2025, at High Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Delbert Walker officiating. Entombment will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park.

Friends may call on the family at 12 PM, Monday, December 1, 2025, at High Lawn Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Lionel Lee Waters, Austin Buckland, Dylan Buckland, Tommy Buckland, and Lionel Waters Sr.In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice of Southern West Virginia.
