Thelma Lee Bledsoe

Thelma Lee Bledsoe, 79, of Oak Hill, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at CAMC Memorial in Charleston, West Virginia. Thelma was born on June 13, 1947, in Dorothy, Kentucky, to the late William “Bill” Mullins and Lucy Brewer Mullins.

Thelma was a homemaker and devoted to her family.

She was a faithful member of Lover’s Baptist Church in Ansted, where she served as a children's teacher and the prayer warrior leader.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by numerous other family members, whom she dearly loved.

Left to cherish her loving memory, her husband, Kenneth G. Bledsoe; sons, Kenneth Ray Bledsoe (Drema) and Brian Keith Bledsoe (Jennifer); granddaughters, Summer and Autumn; a sister, Minnie Proffitt; and many loved brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 29, 2026 at High Lawn Funeral Home in Oak Hill, West Virginia, with Pastor Milburn Pack of Lover’s Leap Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park.

Friends may call on the family 1 hour prior to the service.
