Freddie Joe Duncan Obituary
Freddie Joe Duncan, 74, of Fayetteville, West Virginia, passed away, Friday, October 17, 2025, at his home. Freddie was born on May 2, 1951, in Cross Lanes, West Virginia, to the late Leonard Duncan and Charlotte Gammon. Freddie was a mechanic, owning and operating his own garage. He loved working on cars, especially racing dirt-track. In addition to his parents, Freddie was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Sue Duncan; a brother, Eddie Duncan; and a sister, Ella Wilson. Left to cherish his memory are his kids, Debbie and Jesse Ward, Grace Duncan, Jarrod and Shanna Duncan, Freddie Duncan Jr., and Mike and Lana Allen; siblings, Nancy Duncan, Jimmy Duncan (Betty), and Connie Snyder (Tom); 19 grandkids; and 17 great-grandkids. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at High Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Vicars officiating. Interment will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call on the family from 1:00 PM, Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at High Lawn Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Jesse Ward, Mike Allen, Logan Allen, Josh Smith, Jarrod Duncan, and Robbie McClure.
