Cathy Ann Miller

Cathy Ann Miller, age 63, entered her heavenly home on March 24, 2025. Cathy remained active and lived life to its fullest, just as she would have wanted. She passed comfortably and peacefully with the caring help of Amedisys Hospice and surrounded by her loving family in her home in Kingwood, WV.

Cathy was born on April 10, 1961, to the late Frank Snodgrass and Corettia (Tuemler) Snodgrass, in Norfolk, VA. Cathy worked for 20 years as an Administrative Assistant for the Mountaineer Challenge Academy, from which she retired. She was a devoted Christian and remained actively involved in her church and bible study. Cathy had a passion for crocheting and was exceptionally talented at it, creating beautiful pieces with love and care. She also enjoyed riding her e-bike, staying active through workouts, and, most of all, spending cherished time with her family. Her warmth, creativity, and adventurous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Cathy is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 25 years, William Hoover Miller; her cherished children, Stephen Robert Neumeyer of Belton, TX, and Stacy Lynn Zender and her husband John of Bruceton Mills, WV; her five adored grandchildren, Austin, Mia, Ethan, Lillian, and Chase, along with his significant other, Alexis; and three great-grandchildren, Wren, Charlotte, and Parker. Cathy is also survived by her three brothers, Gary Allen Barnette and his wife Betty of Virginia, Barry Kevin Snodgrass and his wife Christiane of Florida, and Samuel Wallace Barnette and his wife Kathy of Virginia; her two sisters, Deborah Lynn Hammel and her husband Robert of South Carolina, and Cherry Kay Allen and her husband Tom of West Virginia; as well as sixteen treasured nieces and nephews.
