Carolyn Diane McKinney (Lewis)

Carolyn Diane McKinney, 74, of Oak Hill, West Virginia passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Raleigh General Hospital. Diane was born on August 7, 1950, in Sun, West Virginia to the late Raymond and Nina Lewis.

Diane was a caretaker.

Diane attended Sun Full Gospel since she was a young child. She loved to sing and worship with her sisters and family.Diane loved her family more than anything. She would light up as soon as she saw their faces.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Daniel; her son, Danny Ray; and several brothers and sisters.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Tammy McKinney (Clint) and Sherri Kidd (David); her sons, Christopher (Rachel) and Cody; 11 grandchildren; sisters, Joan Terry and Judith (Twodoll) Sheehan; and brothers, Rabon (Dottie) and Sonny (Charollette) Lewis.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at High Lawn Funeral Home with Robert Maiola officiating. Interment will follow in High Lawn Cemetery.

Friends may call on the family at 12:00 PM, Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at High Lawn Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be her sons and grandsons.
